The 1st Meeting of the Knowledge Management Working Group on Development Issue 2, Fiscal Year 2026
On 17 July 2026, Ms. Tapee Vatcharangkool, Director of the Division of Agricultural Development Policy and Planning, chaired the 1st Meeting of the Knowledge Management (KM) Working Group for Development Issue 2: Supporting Opportunities and Equity for Farmers. The meeting was attended by members of the KM Working Group, including experts from the Agricultural Economics Research Office, and the Evaluation Office, as well as representatives from the Agricultural Economics Research Office, the Evaluation Office, the International Agricultural Economics Division, the National Agricultural Information Center, the Public Sector Development Group, The Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 6 and representatives from the Offices of Agricultural Economics Regions 1, 2, and 4. The Farmers and Farmers’ Organizations Development Policy and Planning Subdivision served as the Secretariat.
The meeting reviewed the progress of the Knowledge Management Action Plan (KM Action Plan) for Development Issue 2: Supporting Opportunities and Equity for Farmers under the Fiscal Year 2026 implementation plan. Participants also considered and selected key knowledge topics essential for advancing the Office of Agricultural Economics (OAE)’s development agenda, which will serve as the basis for preparing the Knowledge Management Action Plan for Fiscal Year 2027. The meeting was held at the Jirapan Meeting Room, 6th Floor, Vision Building, and via Zoom Cloud Meeting, starting at 1:30 p.m.
