On July 13, 2026, Mr. Peeraphan Korthong, Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics (OAE), alongside Ms. Tapee Vatcharangkool, Director of the Agricultural Development Policy and Planning Division, and officials from the Planning and Budgeting Subdivision, together with representatives from under-secretary agencies of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, attended the preparatory meeting for the Fiscal Year 2027 Appropriations Bill Defense at the House Committee Stage. The objective of this meeting was to ensure a systematic and well-coordinated budget defense for the Ministry. Concurrently, they participated in the 4th/2026 Meeting of the Committee on Monitoring and Accelerating Budget Expenditure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives. This session aimed to monitor the disbursement and expenditure performance of the Fiscal Year 2026 budget to ensure compliance with government-mandated targets. The proceedings were held in Meeting Rooms 134-135 at the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, presided over by Mr. Vinaroj Supsongsuk, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives.
